Factory Equipment and Certifications
Our factory has multiple lines of SMT, assemblée, et tests, equipped with newly imported Juki and Samsung SMT machines, a full-automatic solder paste printing machine, a ten-temperature zone reflow oven, and a wave-soldering oven. En plus, we have AOI, XRAY, IPS, TIC, a full-automatic splitting machine, a BGA rework station, and a conformal coating machine. The factory features an air-conditioned and dust-free workshop and adheres to a lead-free manufacturing process. We have obtained ISO9001:2015, IATF16949:2016, and ISO13485:2016 quality management system certifications.
