TU-862 HF/TU-86P HF high Tg halogen-free PCB material is composed of epoxy resin and alkali-free glass fabric. It achieves the UL94V-0 flammability rating by incorporating phosphorus and nitrogen compounds, distinguishing it from traditional FR-4 materials that use brominated resins as flame retardants.

They hold a UL Designation of ANSI Grade FR-4.1, with a UL File Number of E189572. The materials have a Flammability Rating of 94V-0 and a Maximum Operating Temperature of 130°C.
Standard Availability and Options
TU-862 HF/TU-86P HF are available in thicknesses ranging from 0.002” [0.05mm] to 0.062” [1.58mm], in both sheet and panel forms. Copper Foil Cladding options include 1/3 to 5oz (HTE) for built-up and double-sided applications, and H to 2oz (MLS). Prepregs are offered in roll or panel form, with Glass Styles such as 106, 1080, 2113, 2116, 1506, et 7628, among others.
