Factory Equipment and Certifications
Our factory has multiple lines of SMT, 組み立て, そしてテスト, equipped with newly imported Juki and Samsung SMT machines, a full-automatic solder paste printing machine, a ten-temperature zone reflow oven, and a wave-soldering oven. さらに, we have AOI, XRAY, SPI, ICT, a full-automatic splitting machine, a BGA rework station, and a conformal coating machine.
